One Piece Full Basin

One-Piece Basin Installation Process

1. Position the Basin

  • Place the basin on the designated platform (counter, slab, or stand).
  • Use a level to ensure it’s even.
  • Mark the drain hole position and faucet hole (if applicable).

2. Mark & Drill Holes (if needed)

  • Mark holes for waste outlet, faucet, and water inlet pipes.
  • Drill required holes on the platform or wall.
  • If it’s a pedestal type, mark the floor or wall bracket positions.

3. Apply Sealant or Fix Brackets

  • Apply silicone sealant to the bottom of the basin if placed on a countertop.
  • If wall-mounted, fix the metal brackets securely to the wall.
  • Allow sealant to partially cure (if used) for firm positioning.

4. Install Faucet (Optional)

  • Mount the faucet on the basin (if deck-mounted).
  • Use rubber washers and PTFE tape to prevent leakage.
  • Tighten the fittings from below with a wrench.

5. Fix the Waste Coupling

  • Insert the waste coupling in the drain hole and tighten with the locking nut below.
  • Use PTFE tape for leak-proof fitting.
  • Attach the bottle trap or P-trap.

6. Connect Water Supply

  • Fix angle valves to water inlet pipes on the wall.
  • Connect flexible hoses from valves to the faucet inlet.
  • Ensure all joints are tight and sealed.

7. Check for Leaks & Finish

  • Turn on the water supply.
  • Test for any leaks at joints and under the basin.
  • Clean excess sealant and polish the basin surface.
